Steve Joughin (born 23 June 1959 in Douglas) is a Manx former professional road cyclist who represented the Isle of Man at the 1978 and 1982 Commonwealth Games after coming through the Manx Road Club. He became the first Manxman to win the British professional road race title, taking the national championship in 1984 and 1988, and won stages of the Milk Race and Kellogg's Tour of Britain before retiring in 1991 with around 80 professional victories.
