The Cloven Stones
Place
The Cloven Stones, standing in a garden on Packhorse Lane in Baldrine, are the remains of a Neolithic/Bronze Age megalithic chambered tomb, named for the tall eastern stone which is split down the middle. The chamber, roughly two metres square with portal stones, would originally have been covered by a cairn; it is protected by Manx National Heritage.
