A former fulling mill beside the River Neb at St John's, used historically for processing woven wool cloth; a carved date of 1869 marks part of the surviving structure, though the section housing the waterwheel is thought to be older. Restored from dereliction and reopened in 2003, its 12-foot wooden waterwheel, around 200 years old, was itself restored between 2007 and 2009. It now operates as a conference and training venue.
