A twelfth-century charter by Reginald, King of the Islands and son of Godred, confirming grants of lands, liberties, and dignities to Furness Abbey in perpetuity. This document provides evidence of early medieval Manx sovereignty, ecclesiastical relationships with English monasteries, and the constitutional basis of Isle of Man governance.
