John Howard, fifteenth Earl of Suffolk (1739-1820), a speaker on the Duke of Atholl's claim.

He is listed among those who spoke when the claim came before the House of Lords on 5 July 1805, with the Lord Chancellor, the Duke of Norfolk, the Duke of Montrose, Lord Holland, Lord Hawkesbury and the Marquis of Buckingham. He had spoken earlier the same day on the case of Colonel Cochrane Johnstone.
