Archaeology
Modern weir.
The Ordnance Survey 1:2500 First Edition mapping of 1867-8 depicts a water mill at this location, annotated as 'T. Mill'.
Water to power the mill was led off the River Glass via a weir and leat.
The weir has been replaced by a modern structure in almost exactly the same position.
